Shipping Policy
Delivery will be facilitated by our support partners, brand owners, or the designated courier services within Singapore. For international deliveries, we will liaise with you to arrange and schedule accordingly.
Upon receipt of your payment, we can reserve your product(s) for a maximum of three months, although it is advisable to collect your product(s) promptly.
In an exclusive partnership with our support partners and courier services, orders from Decor Fittings are subject to a delivery and processing fee of SGD1 per fan for delivery to a single location within Singapore. Additional charges may apply for variations such as delivery to multiple locations. The management retains the right to revise and modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Standard Local Delivery
As part of an exclusive arrangement with our support partners and courier services, orders placed through Decor Fittings will incur a delivery and processing fee of SGD1 per fan for delivery to a single location within Singapore. Additional charges may be applicable for variations such as multiple-location deliveries. Please note that the management reserves the right to modify and update the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
International Delivery
For international delivery, we will be contacting you to make the necessary arrangements.
Change of Delivery Details
For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule, customers must notify us at least 3 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Failure to do will result in a SGD35 charge for any last-minute changes.
Incorrect Delivery Address
All undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse.
To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a restocking fee of 10% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$100 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.
Rescheduling of delivery
Customers may reschedule the delivery by notifying us 3 days before the scheduled delivery date subjecting to availability. Failure to comply will result in Decor Fittings reserving the right to impose additional charges.
Delivery Delayed due to unforeseen situations
Should there be a delay in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, Decor Fittings and our support partners retain the right to reschedule delivery, subject to the availability of the next delivery slot.
Can I select a specific delivery timing?
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. While a timeframe will be provided, it may be subject to change. Typically, deliveries are scheduled between 1pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified.
Decor Fittings shall not be held liable for any consequences, loss, or incurred expenses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from shipment or delivery delays. Such delays do not entitle the customer to consider this agreement void or to make any claims against Decor Fittings.
