Return Policy
All sales are final, we do not offer any returns once items are sold. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 working days of receipt to arrange for a resolution. We will work diligently to address any issues and provide appropriate assistance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges prior to delivery if the following conditions are met.
- Product(s) has/have to be in sellable condition in its original packaging
- You can only exchange for a product value of equivalent or higher value
- Your name and order number must be provided to ba@decorfittings.com at least 3 days before the arranged delivery date (if yet to be delivered)
- Product(s) does/do not fall under non-exchangeable category (refer to the list below)
- Valid for one-time exchange only
Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our headquarters, if any. If a second exchange needs to be done, customers have to pay $35 for standard courier fee (for delivery).
There is strictly no exchange on items marked as “Sale”, “Promotion”, “Display Item”, “Customised Order” and items sold at discounted rates lower than the original listed retail price.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we strictly do not provide for cancellation of orders. If done so in granted special circumstances, cancellation of orders will be refunded in store credit, or in-store vouchers only unless otherwise stated.
In the event that you will need to cancel your order, please notify us via contact@decorsgp.com for us to process this request, within 24 hours from the moment the order confirmation email is sent.
Our Management will then be able to make a decision if the request for cancellation is a valid request based on the following terms and conditions.
Any cancellation after 24 hours from date of purchase will be subjected to Management approval. All refunds will take 14 days to process and will be credited back in store credit, or in-store vouchers unless otherwise stated. Decor Fittings reserves the rights to change the mode of refund on a case-by-case basis.
Sales/Promotion & Discount
Sales, promotions, discounts, exclusive rates, and customized orders, collectively referred to as "Exclusive Offers," are only valid for a limited or specified duration. Decor Fittings reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue all Exclusive Offers at any time, without prior notice. Each Exclusive Offer has its own qualifying terms and conditions of sale, and availability is subject to stock availability. The Management retains the right to revise or cancel any existing quotes at the conclusion of the applicable Exclusive Offers period. Decor Fittings shall not be held liable to any customer for any financial loss resulting from the conclusion of Exclusive Offers.
